However, I believe HBK will give him a run for his money (I think Edge/Benoit will be the missing 2 here) - this whole PPV was designed as a publicity stunt...I cant see HHH losing to a wrestler the FANS chose.

Edge has no shot at being in this match unless the WWE pulls some kind of last minute switch, and even if he was in it he'd still lose. Sorry, but people don't vote to give heels title shots, especially if that heel is facing another heel, and right now Edge is a heel.
