Eddie Guerrero vs. Rey Mysterio

Prophecy:Chavo will get involved in some way i think as he did set this match up pretty much.Rey is in for a big push after Mania so he needs to kick it off right.Eddie had his time in the sun last year and he was a great champion but this is Rey Mysterio's time.

Prophecy:Eddie seems to be heading for a heel turn here, and Rey has often played the role of the poor lovable hero who gets punished at the hands of the newest heel. Eddie was WWE champ less than a year ago. It would suck if he lost to a cruiserweight at Mania this year.

Prophecy:I'm not really sure of that one

Prophecy:Eddie's gonna cheat to win this one, even though he doesn't need to.

Prophecy:If the rumors about Rey getting a big push following 'Mania is true, this is the perfect way to start it by scoring a win over Eddie. That would make it 4 Rey, 0 Eddie. I'd like to see Eddie go heel and these guys have a rematch at Judgement Day in either a Steel Cage or something.

Prophecy:Just because I heard he was getting a big push and I think you can't start it out with a loss.

Prophecy:Let's take a stroll down memory lane if we can. In 2003, Rey Mysterio was basically said to be the next cruiserweight champion. What happened? He lost in his Mania debut. In 2004, he was once again the favorite to dethrone Chavo of his title and what happened? Mysterio lost, again. I have heard everything about Rey becoming a real big guy after Mania and he will be getting a push. That is all great, but it is a fact that Guerrero has dropped big time since last year. He was the WWE Champion. Now he is a tag champ. (which still isn't that bad) Eddie needs a victory here. This will or atleast has the potential to be the show-stealer. Mysterio will go 0-3 at Mania with Eddie Guerrero lying, cheating, and stealing a win, but a straight up win would be better for the two best luche libre styled wrestlers in the business in the past, present or future.

Prophecy:This match i knew was coming and i think i got to go with Eddie. Batista and Cena will win the titles there needs to be a heel to win!

Prophecy:Both of them both need a serious push, but Mysterio will get the edge.

Prophecy:Eddie has jobbed to Rey countless times already, except for right after he became WWE champion in Feb. 04' when he defeated Rey on Smackdown! in the finals of the "gauntlet" (Thank you! Paul Heyman) Eddie needs a victory at Wrestlemania. However, I don't feel now is the time to turn him heel when he still can bring a crowd to their feet quicker than anyone else on the Smackdown roster, that would be as stupid as Booker T's heel turn and Randy Orton's face turn ended up.

Prophecy:Eddie gets retribution for all the times that Rey beat him. I think this will be a normal face vs. face match with a hand shake at the end. Eddie Guerrero and John Cena are the two most over faces on Smackdown and it would be a bad idea to turn Eddie heel.

Prophecy:Right now I follow the majority of the picks. However, unlike some of the comments here, I think either one winning will help Eddie's heel turn anyway.

Prophecy:If the WWE team TRULY wants to push Eddie as a heel, this is the only way to do it. Have a nice, heated match full of good Lucha spots and then have Eddie clock Rey at the end to win. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Prophecy: Rey is 100 times best wrestler than Eddie, Eddie's cheating give him his most important wins..

Prophecy:I am absolutley sure Rey will win here. He's in for the push he deserves.

Prophecy:Eddie will turn heel after this match by cheating to beat his friend and rey will be asking why he did that and he'll hit mysterio with the tag team title belt.
