Booker T vs. Chris Benoit

Prophecy:This, being the first match in the series, is completely inconsequential and can go either way. Heads Benoit. Tails Booker T. Heads. We go with Benoit. This could very well be the opening match, in which case Benoit, as the face, gains the edge.

Prophecy:as tocc said this is only the 1st match so it does not really take a toll on who wins it starts to get unteresting in match 5, 6 and 7, im goin benoit on match 1, and he should go all the wat 4 the title

Prophecy:whatever The Tocc said.

Prophecy:This will be an interesting feud. If you remember, these two had a Best of Seven Series for the U.S. title back in WCW with Booker T winning the series. However, there won't be a new champion crowned here, so I'll go with Benoit.

Prophecy:This "Best of Seven" series will be a good long feud. Normaly in this case the face wins the opening match of feud (Cena, SummerSlam 04) so I expect Benoit to come out on top.

Prophecy:This is the sort of setup that the WWE writers need to persist with, a long, entertaining feud for a title that's sure to be entertaining. I'll go with Benoit in the first match...Booker to win the next 2, then Benoit 2, Booker, then finally Benoit wins the decider, possibly at the Rumble.

Prophecy:My boy Benoit will win it. R.I.P. Eddie Guerrero.

Prophecy:He wins Match 1 and 2. Booker T wins match 3. Chris Benoit wins match 4. Booker T wins match 5 and 6. They have a draw match 7.

Prophecy:As any person with common sense knows, this won't be a 4-streak victory. This is going to go back and forth until they finally reach match 7, which bores the shit out of me. I can see Benoit, like Cena did last year, taking the first win.

Prophecy:Why can't they just devote an entire show to this series? I really don't wanna spend a month on this.

Prophecy:Benoit to take a 1-0 lead.

Prophecy:ok definetly interference from sharmell but, either she gets caught or benoit fights back..

Prophecy: You know.... Sharmell is an issue here... but thinking that she had screwed all the last matches between them, I think that Benoit will do something to win this match at least.

Prophecy:i know it sounds weird, but i think benoit will win this in memory of eddie guerrero...its been a hard week for the wwe and i think chris will draw first blood...by the way, anyone notice there's only 6 matches on the card and it's hard for me to find something i like about it right now

Prophecy:Benoit gets a clean win to start.

Prophecy:Hopefully this won't be as drone as last year's best-of-five series was with Booker T and Cena. Benoit has the ability to take anything potentially crappy and turn it into something you would shell out 49 bucks for. Going with the knowledge that Booker T lost last year's B of F, i'll give him the nod this time around. However, for this match, and for some face victories, I give the edge to Benoit.

Prophecy:These 2 guys know each other inside and out from their WCW days. And of course, their first best of 7 series, which Benoit won. It will be hard to call this one and I"m sure that it will go to 7 matches to decide, but I'm going to give the first one Chris.

Prophecy:This is what happened with the Booker/Cena fued last year. On that note, I'll go with Benoit winning the first match of the series.

Prophecy:Chris Benoit desrves the us title back and we all know he won last night on Smackdown so go Benoit win for Eddie
