From what I've seen of him and from his reputation, he's not some Heidenreich-ish stiff, but he's not really anything special either, certainly not worthy of this sort of gimmick. I'm thinking Vince McMahon or someone on Smackdown's creative team has seen the movie Jerry Maguire one time to many. That being said given the storyline, I don't see how he can lose in his debut.
