He has been extremely (pun intended) loyal to WWE and having him win the belt one last time won't hurt anything. Dreamer pulls off the win by pinning Swagger and then retires with the belt (ala Trish @ Unforgiven '06). Tournament then starts on ECW with Christian winning back the belt at Night of Champions.
