Prophecies of The Tocc

Prophecy:The major titles seldom change hands quickly, but with HHH now on Raw, both major titles are once again on the same brand. The only way a title can go back to SmackDown at this event is if Cena loses here. Or maybe if CM Punk cashes in his briefcase...

Prophecy:WTF? OK so if HHH's team wins, HHH retains the title. If Orton's team wins, Orton wins the title, even if he's not the one who scores the pinfall. I guess now they're inventing bullshit matches to justify HHH losing the belt. Tensions seem to be building between HHH and Batista, so I wouldn't be surprised if big Dave costs HHH the belt.

Prophecy:I dunno about this one. It seems like they always give the title to the veteran who joins ECW, so it should be Christian's turn. On the other hand, if they're going to commit to the Tommy Dreamer plotline they'll probably have Thwagger defend against him at the end of Tommy's contract, which means Thwagger retains. I'm definitely pulling for Christian though. He needs some gold... or silver... or... WTF is the ECW belt supposed to be made out of anyway?

Prophecy:Matt won their last two encounters and scored a pin on SmackDown. I can't see him dominating this feud with a third win in a row. It's Jeff's turn to win one.

Prophecy:Jericho should not lose clout just for a feel-good ending, and I can't see any reason for Steamboat to be put over by Jericho. If the dragon can eek out a win, it will be as a result of outside interference, which will hopefully spawn off a new feud for Jericho. If Jericho wins it will be decisively, and I expect someone to run down and save Steamboat after the bell.

Prophecy:It seems obvious that CM Punk's push has begun. He's got the Money in the Bank and a recent win over Kane on Raw. He'll pull another one out of his ass at Backlash to build momentum for his eventual title shot.
