Prophecies of HBK SHAWN MICHEALS

Prophecy:I'm searching for reasons for Cena NOT to win here (that make sense to the WWE) and here's the best I've got: Hell in a Cell is next month and Cena beating ADR clean and then accepting his challenge for a rematch there makes less sense than ADR cheating and clawing his way to a win here through nefarious means and then being forced to accept Superman Cena's wrath next month in a cell. I'm picking ADR, but honestly is anyone ever surprised if Cena wins a match, especially coming off two straight PPV losses? My main reservations about this pick are that I'm picking against Cena and that I believe we're in for a night of mostly heel wins and they'll probably want to send them home with a storybook finish. Prophecy:Henry needs to win the title here to make the last few months of his monster push mean anything at all. You can put the belt back on Orton later (and they will, make no mistake), but Henry has earned that belt and his character is perfect to be holding it for a while. Also, Henry with the belt has potential feuds with Orton, Sheamus, and maybe Daniel Bryan. Meanwhile, if Orton squishes Henry, who's left for the Viper to fight?

Prophecy:The more interesting route to go here features CM Punk winning. They've been avoiding interesting developments in this feud for quite awhile now. HHH has never been known for showing weakness, and losing control of the company here would certainly do that. I don't think it's a clean finish and they'll try to do something to make Punk look ok here, but I don't see HHH doing the JOB here. Yeah, that's an insider reference, but this feud's been full of them anyway.

Prophecy:One week of build for a guy who claimed he was going to restore glory to the IC Title, but it's not like he's the first one to say that. Even as an avenging face returning to get back at his tormentor, DiBiase's pop was anemic at best, and if they thought this feud had legs they wouldn't wait until the last three days before the PPV to pull the trigger.

Prophecy:This feud has actually ended up being more interesting than I would have expected mostly due to the fact that Kelly Kelly keeps getting over on Beth. WWE seems to be working to the opposite of conventional wrestling wisdom; i.e. the dominant heel champion being chased by the plucky babyface. To Kelly's credit, I think she has done a lot to improve her standing in the eyes of the fans and maybe shown more ability than most thought she was capable of. It is a good direction that WWE is going in and I would hope that it continues. Plus there is the fact that no matter who wins we are guaranteed that a hot blonde will be walking out of Buffalo with the title. Given that WWE has done opposite booking of the feud I think their bucking of trends will continue and we will see Beth win the belt in her hometown.

Prophecy:This is going to be dominated by the Vickie storyline, and will probably play a big role in the finish. I do like the idea of everyone beating down Morrison and forming a new stable managed by Vickie, but I don't know if WWE is smart enough to try that. Instead I think Swagger gets the win and the title to cause more drama.

Prophecy:A placeholder match and a good way to get the Miz and R-Truth on the show. Air Boom losing the title already doesn't make a lot of sense, but a competitive match here could actually help the perception that these titles matter. And it's not just Kingston and Bourne beating the likes of Otunga and McGillicutty or Khali and Mahal.
