Prophecies of MCM0530

Prophecy:MITB matches are some of the most difficult to predict. I literally did the math and I have been 25% correct in 12 MITB ladder matches since 2005. That being said, Daniel Bryan may as well change his name to Clark Kent lately. He has been kicking everyone's ass with ease and it seems obvious he's going to win...too obvious. Orton is there for star power but I don't see him winning. Christian totally deserves it but I unfortunately don't see him winning either. Punk has already won it twice and definitely does not need the briefcase to get a title shot. He's way past that now in my opinion. Sheamus has not done much lately so I don't see him carrying the briefcase either. As for a Kane replacement, it could easily be Dolph Ziggler after he loses to Del Rio, pushing him into the WWE title picture if he wins. I'm very torn here, so I am going with the returning RVD. They've hyped his return a lot and have shown clips of his win over Cena back in 2006 so I'll go with him

Prophecy:I would love to see Cesaro or Barrett take the win here. I think they are both tremendous wrestlers who need to get into a major title run, but I unfortunately don't see them winning. Swagger already won MITB and is probably still being held down for that DUI a few months back. I wouldn't mind seeing Cody or Sandow take the briefcase, but I think they are going to fight over it and cost each other the win. This leaves Ambrose and Fandango. Fandango actually has a decent shot at it. Before he went out with his concussion, he had the whole country doing that silly little finger pointing dance because of his catchy theme music, so I would not be surprised. Its tough, but I am going with Ambrose. My prediction is he will win the briefcase and then lose the US title to Christian, putting all of his focus on the World title.

Prophecy:Tough call. Does Cena retain and then move on to his next challenger or does Mark Henry finally win the WWE title and lose to the MITB winner? Cena will probably retain but I would really like to see Mark Henry win the title even if its just a very short reign. The retirement thing on Raw was a swerve, but one day it won't be.

Prophecy:I don't think Dolph is going to regain the World title here. A major possibility in my opinion is for Dolph to replace Kane in the WWE ladder match after losing to Del Rio which would be a pretty awesome twist. One of the rumors I am hearing is Dolph and Big E. for Summerslam, so Langston or AJ may cost Dolph the match. Either way, I say Del Rio retains.

Prophecy:I can not even put into words how much I hate picking Ryback over one of my favorites of all time, however I see that Fozzy's European tour starts on August 3rd so I doubt Jericho is going to start anything new or get anymore major wins until he (hopefully) returns.

Prophecy:I actually have to hand it to AJ and Kaitlyn here. I really got a kick out of watching them impersonate each other on Raw and Smackdown. I think Kaitlyn is awesome, but I unfortunately don't see Crazy Train AJ dropping the title yet. AJ retains.

Prophecy:Axel won the IC title so he would be taken more seriously and to remind us that his dad was one of the greatest Intercontinental champions of all time, so I don't see him dropping the title to someone who has spent more time commentating lately than wrestling. Axel and Heyman will never be Perfect and Heenan but you got to hand to them for trying.

Prophecy:I think the Uso's are finally due for a tag team title run. If I am correct about Ambrose taking the WHC briefcase and then losing the US title to Christian, it would make sense for Rollins and Reigns to drop their belts too. Plus, its the preshow and a face title win would be a cool way to start things off in Philly!
