Prophecies of Anthony Robert

Prophecy:Vince McMahon loves to put himself in the spotlight; the ECW Championship permits him to dominate airtime on their show, Raw and pay-per-views. There's no justification for pushing Shelton Benjamin, Johnny Nitro or the Women's Division when Vince can put on hilarious and entertaining promos. I don't expect the McMahons to relinquish the title until Rey Mysterio recuperates from his injury; thus, it wouldn't surprise me to see Shane McMahon win to continue the humiliation of the Originals and the old vision of the brand. Just as predicted, Sabu will soon be handed his pink slip; Sandman will follow.

Prophecy:I was convinced that MVP would obtain the United States Championship at WrestleMania XXIII and Backlash, although I don't believe he's improved to the extent that some have written. He's been getting quite a push on SmackDown recently. This may be because SmackDown lost Rey Mysterio and King Booker and Vince realized that they needed to elevate some talent. Not that they have much choice; it's him, Miz or Jimmy Wang Yang that have to receive a push now that Undertaker and my boy, Ken Kennedy have joined the injured list. Chris Benoit specializes in putting guys over; this time I'm making this my LOCK. This will definitely be the blow off.

Prophecy:This match won't come off very well; I'm of the minority that watches ECW so I expect to see most of the crowd heading for beer and the restrooms. I hope that these two put on a strong match; on ECW, they don't have much of an opportunity to prove their drawing power. Fortunately for them, by the conclusion of summer, this brand will have finally collapsed because of Vince McMahon; CM Punk, Elijah Burke, Bobby Lashley, Tazz and Kelly Kelly will be the only ones signing to Raw or SmackDown.

Prophecy:I was astounded that Randy Orton was permitted to participate at Judgment Day. After causing nearly fifty-thousand dollars worth of damage to a hotel room in Europe, he's only missed one Monday Night Raw and has been booked in a main event on Raw, a main event at Backlash and now this match. I shouldn't be surprised; for showing his Balls Mahoney to the Divas, he wasn't reprimanded. I'm certain that his miniscule punishment will continue; he'll job to Shawn Michaels in his hometown and endure John Cena's repetitive jokes all night about his entrance making him look like a ballerina.
