Alberto del Rio vs. Rob Van Dam

Prophecy:Maybe this is why ADR took the title back from Ziggler. RVD was probably promised a World Title reign in his new contract, and ADR was used to make the transition. Maybe, since Ricardo is RVD's new buddy, this feud has some legs. If so RVD may not win the title right away. On the other hand, there's bound to be title changes at NoC, and this is a good candidate for one of them.

Prophecy:In my opinion, its only a matter of time before Ricardo Rodriguez turns on RVD and rejoins Team Del Rio, but will it be this soon? Will Sandow cash in on the winner? I say RVD wins.

Prophecy:I was thinking of Ricardo turning on RVD and helping Alberto del Rio retain but the events of Smackdown say otherwise. The other matches are heel-friendly and now is the right time to have RVD carry the championship as any. I don't think Sandow will cash in just yet-- he needs more momentum.

Prophecy:I mean, what's the point of having ADR win here? The victory for Van Dam also gives Ricardo his revenge. Well, there's an idea that Ricardo will turn on RVD to give ADR the successful title defend. But there's not reason why Rodriguez should do that after taking a beating from Del Rio.

Prophecy:Del Rio will defend the modern day "classic" intercontinental title. Should be a good match but RVD still seems temporary to me.

Prophecy:RVD wins the title with some interference from Ricardo.
