Sheamus vs. Cesaro

Prophecy:An Irishman and a Swiss are battling for the US Championship... Sounds like the start of a joke. It would make more sense if this was for the Intercontinental Championship, or even the old European Title. Then again, Cesaro was a "Real American" until recently. Anyway, I don't see Sheamus doing anything with the title, and Cesaro could use a little gold.

Prophecy:Just think wwe not in the mood to push cesaro

Prophecy:I'd actually choose Sheamus. I prefer Cesaro winning, but the fact that his character is going nowhere and that he lost to RVD at Summerslam makes me doubt that WWE is having anything for him soon.

Prophecy:Cesaro needs this win to help get back up to where he once was earlier this year.

Prophecy:Sheamus hasn't done much with the US title and Cesaro definitely needs another push like he had last year.

Prophecy:If Cesaro wins it'll add fuel to the fire for this rivalry.

Prophecy:I'm never picking Cesaro again. Cesaro is the f***ing plague at this point.

Prophecy:I don't like Sheamus as the U.S. Champion I've wanted him to get rid of it since the day he got it on Raw.

Prophecy:Tough pick here actually. I like both guys, and I definitely think Cesaro deserves it, BUT, I think Cesaro deserves to be Main Event material. The guy wrestles better than all, if not, most of the guys on the roster. He should be pushed up to main event status.

Prophecy:This is the last time I'm betting on Cesaro, because hindsight 20/20 I'm gonna regret this decision. Cesaro's PPV losses were too much this year after thriving at Wrestlemania, so I hope he can manage to pull out a victory. This time he's in a minor role (The US Championship is almost worthless now) and while I think he should be destined for heights we all thought he'd reach after his Wrestlemania win, it seems like winning the US Championship is the consolation prize none of us wanted.

Prophecy:Going with Sheamus retaining for now. Cesaro lacks direction and it's doubtful to get changed here. I also expect most of the champions to retain in this PPV as there were so many title changes at Summerslam. Might change my prediction later on because this could go either way. In any case the WWE has a distaste for booking Sheamus to get pinned so he's the safer bet. Naturally I'm hoping Cesaro to win but that won't affect my prediction.

Prophecy:Cesaro just feels so pointless at the moment. Creative doesn't really know what to do with him as they've gone a little cold on him recently compared to how hyped up he was post wm30. Sheamus has much more potential heel opponents that he could face/drop the belt to compared to Cesaro.

Prophecy:What the hell happened to Cesaro's push?

Prophecy:Cesaro has been getting a somewhat push and Sheamus I don't even know what the hell is going on with him. But I'm going with the guy who's getting the bigger push here.

Prophecy:think the swiss army knife is gonna do the job here

Prophecy:Cesaro doesn't really have the momentum to take the title off of someone higher on the card he is, and Sheamus has mostly been jobbing all year so I think WWE will take this chance to give him a much needed PPV win.

Prophecy:Are these two guys still only at this level?
