Unless there's a countout or DQ, which I feel is unlikely to happen at Mania, either Cena will be the US Champ or job to Rusev. I'm having a hard time seeing either of those things happening. That being said, Rusev left Cena laid out on Raw so it seems obvious that Cena will come out on top here, likely becoming the first man to pin the big Bulgarian. Expect Lana to play a role in the finish.
