Randy Orton vs. Edge

Prophecy:The Honky Tonk Man's record for the longest stint with the IC title is four days shy of one year and 3 months. Back in the 80's, it was common to hold a belt for a year or so. That's just not the case anymore. Orton won his belt on December 14th, 2003. That means he'd have to retain the title for another 7-8 months to break the record. I just don't see the WWE wasting that kind of time. Orton is ready to move up to the world title hunt. However, I don't think they'll waste Edge's time with the lesser belt either. Plus, Orton is all over the posters for Vengeance. I've changed my mind here too. He'll last through this match.

Prophecy:Randy will win because he is the longest reigning champion.I mean comon edge really suck alot now.Randy will beat Honky Tonk Man I.C. title reign.

Prophecy:Why is Edge facing Randy? There isn't a storyline behind it. This is had but I have to pick Orton to win because he has Evolution and now Edge is becoming even more of a Jobber. It was like when he was on Smackdown!; he was always " the bridesmaid, never the bride"! Edge will win because he must dismount evolution.

Prophecy:Give it up Randy.

Prophecy:bcoz edge has better moves like the spear and he doesnt cheat!!!

Prophecy:Randy is a better wrestler, he will hold the IC title for a few more months yet, if he can beat Foley he can beat Edge & he has a lot more charisma than Edge. (PS I can't wait until its The Rock vs Randy Orton, hopefully at SummerSlam, now that would rule)

Prophecy:I've changed my mind due to the fact that I believe Randy still has some life left in him yet. If he got past Mick Foley and Benjamin, both who received bigger pushes going into their matches than Edge has, logic says Randy would retain here. Randy I think will hold until a major event like Summerslam or Survivor Series before he loses...and a feud with a returning Rock would be the best...and that's quite likely too given what we saw on RAW in Miami afew weeks back.

Prophecy:Rand Fingercuffs Orton has win to keep some gold for Evolution. HHH will interfere after Edge got in his face and this will lead to an Edge/HHH fued.

Prophecy:im going with randy cause the wwe probably wants rand to beat the record and then have him lose the title and im sure that in summerslam it might be a rematch.

Prophecy:i think orton will lose his title at summerslam but i like egde so i say edge all the way however if randy wins here i think he will break the record which i think is like a year and a half but im not sure on that???? and now the Edge is Pissed at evolution well good luck edge all the way BROTHER

Prophecy:Of course, I will have to choose my most favorite WWE Superstar in this match. Randy Orton is no doubt the next big thing and will lead the WWE into the future. Edge will be the next victim that can be added to Orton's latest Legend Killer Tour.

Prophecy:I just have a feeling. Coach's boy will be the next ITC holder. If Edge wins, this is just a way for that match to be a face v heel. Shame. There should be a heel v heel match.

Prophecy:If Edge wins I'll shoot myself. The only person that should beat Orton should be Hurricane. And I don't think Hurricane is gonna be doing that anytime soon... so keep the belt on Orton

Prophecy:Orton's reign is over. He's had it since Armageddon. He's had a nice and long riegn but it will end.

Prophecy:That is Shelton Benjamins title and Edge is imposing on it! Orton will win via RKO or a Roll Up.I dont see Edge become IC Champ now.When Shelton returns...its all his.
