Edge vs. Chris Benoit

Prophecy:As much as I would like Benoit to win this, Edge has been busy sleeping his way to the top and kissing all the right asses. He's got that contract for a title shot so it only makes sense that he'll be built up until he gets it. Edge will find some way to win here.

Prophecy:he cant expect to have a title shot but lose all the time on raw so this is the opening 4 edge just before his big title match wiich he will probably lose.I predict a long brutal match with plenty of chairs and lots of blood. edge will hit a spear 4 the count with alittle help from a chair

Prophecy:Edge cant keep losing and then expected to be taken seriously when his title shot comes around. He needs to be built up as a legitimate title contender and heres one way to do it.

Prophecy:I know that Edge is going to win the World Title soon, and he's certainly building up for it, but Benoit has been on the receiving end for a lot lately. I say Benoit wins this, to continue their fued after Backlash.

Prophecy:Unfortunately, Benoit will be used in this match to put Edge over even more... poor Benoit... one of the greatest technical wrestlers ever and he is already back to IC status....

Prophecy:raw wants to make a exiting match for the number 1 contender so i think they will want to make him win obviously because benoit doesnt even do moves he can actually dominate like the spear. i reckon its edges time at backlash

Prophecy:We all know that on his best day Edge couldn't beat Benoit. So I hope that Benoit beats Edge but The Tocc has a really good point.

Prophecy:I think the factor here is benoit's shoulder injury and that's what edge will go after...if they have edge lose this match, then people will question the fact that he's the number one contender...he needs to win most of his remaining matches, especially on ppv, until he decides on his title match.

Prophecy:Edge is having a push and a loss to Benoit would be stupid. Then people would think why doesn't Benoit have the shot? Benoit beat Edge once already so Edge will take the second.

Prophecy:Tough call, but Benoit has been on the receiving end of losing for a while. Let The Crippler win and have it infuriate "Mr. Money In The Bank", so that he will have more fight in him when he continues to build up for his World Title match.
