Prophecy:Another hard-to-tell match. Yes, it is true that Y2J never held onto a title for very long. However, if Jericho turns heel, a win can help solidify his turn. Plus, one of the former IC title holders, Randy Orton, had held it for 7 months last year, which is the longest reign since The Rock held it for about 9 months, so I doubt if WWE is going to let Shelton do the same thing and cheapen those records. For now I am going against the majority of the picks.

Prophecy:Jericho has been there and done that, there's nothing more he can do with the Intercontinental Championship, save lose it a month later to a newcomer. Shelton's had this for a long time... but who is there he can lose to? Certainly not Jericho... again. It's a shame for Chrissy. Trapped in an endless loop.

Prophecy:WWE never lets titleholder reign for much longer than Shelton has already. Also, Jericho has not had problems cheating before, and could easily do so again here.

Prophecy:Much like Benoit, Jericho is being used to elevate Benjamin. Add in his commentary as of late outside the arena, and this is definitely going Shelton's way.

Prophecy:Week by week, note how Benjamin's pops are nowhere as strong as Jericho's, and the crowds would love to see Jericho back as IC champ for another time. I'll go out on a limb and predict Y2J here, as someone else noted he could easily keep the title warm for a Smackdown star who would be moving to RAW after the brand extension. Having said that, it's been a top run by Shelton, who I can see rivaling Edge/Batista for the main title later this year.

Prophecy:I don't see Jericho winning because of the credibility that Benjamin has brought to the IC title. They should let Shelton hold it until Summerslam or later with a long building fued.

Prophecy:This match will make Jericho mad at the end and he will be the Eddie of RAW.
