Batista vs. John "Bradshaw" Layfield

Prophecy:I have a hard time believing that Batista's title run is over, but recent events have made me change my original prediction. Despite this being the third pay-per-view in a row in which Bradshaw has challenged for the title and the fact that he was in every championship match on pay-per-view in the past year (as champion), I believe he will win back the title, even if only for a short run. SummerSlam needs a title change, and I haven't predicted any others. (Cena will not lose, and I doubt Benoit will take a step backwards in his career.) Plus, on the last episode of Smackdown, JBL guaranteed he'd win the title (his guarantees always come true) and he was on the receiving end of a beat-down from Batista. Both of those facts point to him winning at SummerSlam. I'm going to go out on a limb here and predict Brock Lesnar to return and interfere, costing Batista his belt and starting a monster vs monster feud.

Prophecy:Like I said at the GAB, I was glad JBL beat Batista. I think JBL earned that win. However, I don't think he'll win two in a row. It'd be great for him to win the World Title, but Batista will walk out with the Title.

Prophecy:Batista will hold onto the title at Summerslam. JBL being in the main event for Smackdown PPV's is getting really stale. I think Batista's next challenge will be the RKO.

Prophecy:I'm extremely tempted to change my prediction to JBL but something tells me he might keep the title. It is not true that everytime JBL guarantees he will win he actually does. WWE is trying to make us forget that Cena was on Smackdown! so it seems that JBL's guarantees always are right. JBL guaranteed he would defeat Cena at Wrestlemania and he lost. Then he guaranteed he would make Cena quit which he didn't. Brock Lesnar didn't really pull out of his WWE contract it's just WWE trying to fool you. The lawyers aren't allowed to give the information in the trials which they did. That is against the law and they could be fined for millons. I just might change it to JBL but i'm waiting till Sunday about any news of Brock travelling to Washington. If there is news then JBL all the way.

Prophecy:After Orton is done beating Taker, he'll turn his sights to the other man that injured his shoulder, Batista. What better way to get his revenge and slip into another feud than stopping the champ from defending his title? And Smackdown's back to having a crappy champ. Why can't they give it back to Benoit? Or at least let Christian have a shot at it? Or Booker T? They're all so much better than JBL, but their talents are wasted fighting Joey Mercury, Orlando Jordan, and the Mexicools. And why isn't Eddie given a push for the title? This thing with Rey should've ended a long time ago.
