Rey Mysterio vs. Randy Orton

Prophecy:The key is that the winner goes on to face the World Champion at Mania. There's virtually no chance that the World Title will somehow go to the loser of this match sometime before Mania, so this feud will have to end with this match. One would think that Orton could not walk away from this feud with a victory after saying all that about Eddie. And it seems so unlikely that Rey will lose the whole feud and his title shot in front of Eddie's widow and children, who are scheduled to be ringside. Plus, the winner of the Royal Rumble for the past five years in a row has gone on to win the title match at Mania. Rey seems like a sure thing. That being said, the rumor is that Orton will get the title shot, and since Angle and Taker are both faces right now it makes sense for the heel to win this match. I definitely wouldn't rule out a DQ or post-match beatdown by Rey and Chavo.

Prophecy:hell face angle at mania althoug im not sure yet as i said b4 they cant make orton against taker again the fans wont appreciate it. Also im really pished about the wwe script writers with the way they dissed EDDIE. This aint the Undertaker, this aint a fake death, 4 fuk sake that guys a legend look 4 eddie to be put in the hall of fame maybe this yr, i no its early but it would make a fine enductant

Prophecy:I realise that this is probably a huge gamble, but I've decided to give the nod to Rey Mysterio here. Think back to No Way Out 2004, when Eddie won the title from Brock. This match has some similarities, with the whole "family at ringside" scenario, and also Chavo being at ringside. When a superstar from RAW appears at a SD PPV, you can almost guarantee some kind of interference (ie Goldberg at the same PPV I just mentioned) This being Chavo, I'd say he'd be looking for a measure of revenge against Orton for his comments about his uncle. I see Chavo landing the 3 amigos and Mysterio hitting a frogsplash for the win. Fingers crossed Rey wins...a Rey v Angle main event at Mania isn't out of the question, and of course it could still be a Rey v Angle v Orton.

Prophecy:WWE really want to put Rey through everything but Orton seems to be going to Wrestlemania. But i agree with everything that Tocc said about Eddie's memory and so on. It also appears that very few people wanted Mysterio to win the Rumble, but even less want Mysterio to now lose his shot, as was planned. So many wrestlers and background staff are against the WWE's decision that the WWE might have to change their decision and let Mysterio win or have a Triple Threat match at Wrestlemania. I'm going to go with the latter.

Prophecy:Poor Rey. He finally gets a shot a the World title after dedicating it to the late great Eddie Guerrero and now he's just going to lose it. It's scheduled for Orton to win the WHC at Mania, so that means he's going to win here. However, it's rumoured the Money in the Bank Ladder Match will make its return at WM, so maybe SmackDown will host it and Rey can win there.

Prophecy:I don't know yet. For now I'll go with Rey, the royal rumble winner. On a side note what Orton said about Eddie doesn't make me hate Orton. It does however make me realize what snakes the writers of the WWE are by exploiting Eddie like that.

Prophecy:I didn't like the fact that Rey won the Rumble in the first place, but it was a nice tribute for Eddie to do so. However, that tribute can't be coming from the same people who have been writing promos saying Eddie is burning in hell. Whatever. It's really hard for me to see Rey with a HEAVYWEIGHT title. I'm not ruling it out and I know the stories of Chris Jericho and Eddie Guerrero, each of whom were former Cruiserweights champs turned Heavyweight champs....but come on, Rey's the smallest of them all. Orton will take this easy and move onto Wrestlemania.

Prophecy:Again, similar to what i said about the heavyweight title match...if undertaker were to win, nobody would watch mania to see orton vs taker for the 100th time...orton wins and will face angle at mania, while taker battles henry

Prophecy:I have thought this match over time and time again, and I still cannot pick a winner. Both men have good cases for victory. Rey won the Rumble, and the Rumble winner USUALLY goes on to win at Mania. Orton is getting a monster push, and at the moment is surrounded by controversy over the Eddie comment (and you know how much Vince loves controversy). And the fact that the Guerrero family will be at ringside doesn't exactly make this pick easier. I have switched picks from Orton to Mysterio to Draw and now I am switching back to Orton. Vince probably doesn't care if Rey loses the match right in front of Eddie's family considering since he is the one who came up with this whole storyline. Orton will probably get the cheap victory in the end. I still will not rule out the possibility of there being a triple threat match between Angle, Mysterio, and Orton at Mania since Rey could still be in the main event and possibly continue the tradition of the Rumble winner going to Mania and winning.

Prophecy:It'll make for a better story to have the underdog win.

Prophecy:I said Orton would win the Rumble and go on to Wrestlemania.Well,he didnt win the Rumble,BUT he will go on to Wrestlemania.WWE writers like to milk dead cows,so when we thought that Orton VS Taker was over,its back to life-and at Wrestlemania.Taker will have a short run with the belt-go out with his 13-1,when he leaves WWE soon.We all like Undertaker,but his time is coming soon,like HBK.Orton WAS going to be pushed last year,but wasnt in the rumble.This year,Orton was suppsoed to win,but didnt.This will make up,and Orton will have another Famous Heel title run.Code named TFHTR.

Prophecy:It is rumored to be Angle vs Rey vs Orton at Mania.

Prophecy:I am having second thoughts, but I am going to go with Orton, but Teddy Long will kiss the fans asses like usual and put Mysterio (who will lose this match) in the title match and will be a triple threat match for the World Heavyweight Title.

Prophecy:I changed my vote on this. Angle is likely to be defending against both these two in a triple threat match at Wrestlemania. That probably means Orton gets a more than dodgy win at No Way Out and then Theo gives Mysterio a title shot out of sympathy. The whole build-up to this has been rather tasteless to say the least with the use of Eddie Guerrero's name constantly and in a way that makes me sick to the bottom of my stomach. I go for Orton to win.

Prophecy:Rey Mysterio doesn't seem like the Main-Event-at-WrestleMania type. Unfortunately for Rey, he's always going to be a mid-card player, whether it's a tag team or a cruiserweight run. Orton vs Angle would be wicked sick, however.
