The title belt really only is an Immunity Belt, as in, as long as you hold this belt, you're immune from being fired, and very little more. It might as well be the World Jobberweight Championship Belt. I guess Helms is the most likely. I suppose Kid Kash, one of the Mexicools or Scotty 2 Hotty are also possibilities, the last one mainly as a thank you gift for his long-term employment, and to remind fans that this guy from the WWE's Golden Era of Attitude is still on the roster. But yeah, I'll go with Helms.
