Batista vs. Undertaker

Prophecy:unbeatable - adj. - 1. Impossible to defeat. 2. The Undertaker at WrestleMania. I just can't see Batista ending Taker's 14 win streak, so I guess he'll be dropping the title or at the very least losing by DQ. The only thing that makes me doubt this pick is the fact that they're advertising Smackdown shows with Batista defending his title *after* Mania. Could be a swerve though. Taker did take a powerbomb as the final blow before the event. It would be a crime if Taker doesn't retire with an undefeated Mania record marking his legacy.

Prophecy:The Undertaker is unbeatable when it comes to Wrestlemania. My guess is that The Undertaker will win the title here. He will probably retire soon after with the World Heavyweight Championship and also a 15-0 win record at Wrestlemania. Maybe they will have a tournament with the finals at SummerSlam; including King Booker, Ken Keneddy, Batista, Finlay, MVP, JBL (back from retirement), Kane, Mark Henry (his return is coming)

Prophecy:I can see Taker winning the match, but not the title. But, since he always wins at Mania, I can see him as champ.

Prophecy:I don't think this is as cast-iron as most people think. Myself, and i'm sure most wrestling fans would be outraged if Taker lost his streak, but what would be left for him? He doesn't want to retire anytime soon, so i doubt there'd be a tournament of some sort afterward. Batista would probably win anyway, making the whole thing pointless. Having a champion that doesn't appear every week would be painful, though he could lose it quite quickly at Backlash. Batista, on the other hand, is desperate for a heel turn, and this could be it. Beating Taker at Wrestlemania would be the ultimate heel turn, and it would cement his place in the WWE. I still think, however, that the WWE don't have the guts to end Undertaker's streak.

Prophecy:These guys are both great champions, but I can definitely see Undertaker winning the World Heavyweight Championship for the first time and bringing his Mania record to 15-0 to end the show.

Prophecy:Would be a Mistake to Let Batista Win

Prophecy:He is undefeated and he won the royal rumble. The winner usually goes on to win the title. I din't see them ending his streak. Finally they will have him have one more title reign.

Prophecy:A no-talent like Batista ending the Undertaker's indefeated streak would be one of the greatest insults in pro wreslting history. If the WWE has any sense they'll turn Batista heel going into this and Taker will go 15-0.

Prophecy:The new number 1 contender after mania will be Benoit. MVP will be new U.S. Champion and Taker will retire.

Prophecy:Wow WM 23 already....sorry, to the match!! Well, this is actually a harder guess than you think. Rumors said Batsita was probably going to beat Taker and end his streak,but I am convinced they UT will win by 2 reasons. He won the Royal Rumble (who wins the rumble ALWAYS wins the title,nowadays) and the fact that he's 14-0 at WM. So Batista..... REST IN PEACE!!!

Prophecy:Batista does not deserve to go over Taker at Mania he's not that great of a worker in the ring and the rumble winner always wins at mania. Undertaker is the most over wrestler in the company period.

Prophecy:Has never lost at Wrestlemania and has a 14-0 record. He hasn't won any title since 2002. Usually, the Royal Rumble winner does win big later that year, no matter what title they seek after. I agree with The Tocc on his comment.

Prophecy:I mean, Undertaker's undefeated at Wrestlemania. I just can't see Vince letting it end to the worst wrestler in the world, Batista. Yeah, he's World Heavyweight Champion, but only cause Vince said so.

Prophecy:I can't do it. I just can't bet against Taker at this stage in his career at Mania. There are several things to look at here. Taker is an unprecedented 14-0 at Wrestlemania. Batista just won the World title at Survivor Series last November. The winner of the Rumble for the past 5 years has won at Wrestlemania. These facts will play a big part in the outcome of this match. The one that matters most is Taker's undefeated streak. This match will be historic, and I have a feeling it will end with Taker as new World Heavyweight Champion.

Prophecy:Even though it would be rare for both titles to change hands, I don't want to consider that an option in my decision. I highly doubt the Undertaker's streak will ever be broken. But is that what they want us to think? Hmmmm. If so, they are doing a great job. Like with Michaels, UT has one more title run in him. If for any other reason, it's nostalgic.
