Chris Benoit vs. MVP

Prophecy:As much as it will pain me to see it happen, I suspect Benoit will be putting MVP over here. There are usually title changes at Mania and I've only predicted one other.

Prophecy:I gotta go with MVP because I think at least one heel has to walk away with a title here. Still MVP has risen in the ranks since arriving in the WWE and I'm impressed, a US title would help his career. Benoit doesn't need the US belt.

Prophecy:mvp is one of the shitest wwe superstars in wrestling

Prophecy:I heard a rumor that Benoit might be leaving to go to Raw after Wrestlemania. It could or could not be true. If it is, he would have to give up the title at Wrestlemania.

Prophecy:As much as a US title reign would help MVP, I just can't see this guy beating one of the WWE's most established superstars at the grandest stage of them all. Maybe a rematch later in the week on Smackdown, but I have to go with the Crippler here. He can't lose a title at 2 Wrestlemanias in a row. Go Benoit!

Prophecy:Everybody knows who the better wrestler is, but for some reason they want to push MVP. Plus, although normally almost all faces win at 'Mania, there are the occasional heel wins. This will be one of those.

Prophecy:Either he wins this title or he will win by DQ.

Prophecy:It'll put him back in the title hunt.

Prophecy:MVP needs a big win to push him on his way, but I can't see Benoit losing at Wrestlemania again. I'd love it so much if Benoit got a push to the main event after this, but after a loss? Hmmmm. Maybe he could still lose and feud with the loser of the Taker/ Batista match. Probably Batista. The SmackDown main event scene needs a fresh face, and who better than Benoit?

Prophecy:MVP is better than Benoit any ways benoit needs to get back to main event status

Prophecy:MVP has been sittin around waitin fer this to come around and now he gots it and wwe wont flub this up. MVP was the big one when they brought him in but has not done big things. while we all know that MVP is the place to change that.

Prophecy:Double countout.

Prophecy:Benoit has had the U.S. title a little too long now, and a heel has to walk away with some kind of title.

Prophecy:I am a Benoit fan. I think he is one of the best in the WWE, but he hasn't gotten the push he deserves in 3 years now. I see MVP taking the US title in this match...big disappointment.

Prophecy:Benoit has held that title too long and almost never defends it. I bet MVP cheats to win the title and Benoit leaves Smackdown.

Prophecy:mvp looks like hes ready for a title run, hes pretty good on the mic, and in my mind he has the ability to carry a show

Prophecy:Making this prediction makes me want to throw up. As much as Benoit deserves to retain (he dropped the same title to JBL at Mania 22 last year), the rumors of him going to RAW after Wrestlemania seem to be very true, and I don't see him carrying the U.S. title over to Monday nights. Plus, MVP has been getting a very decent push, and he'll more than likely win the strap here.

Prophecy:they hyped this {has-been} too much, so they got to give him a belt, to see if it boosts him, if not he'll be off the roster before the year's end

Prophecy:Hard to be sure about this one either, but MVP has become a credible competitor, even though he was a complete joke in the beginning. Benoit puts him over here.

Prophecy:MVP will win it. Just not right now. Maybe shortly after Wrestlemania?
