John Cena vs. The Rock

Prophecy:I am 60/40 on this one. Cena has been around all year and done the hard yards but on the other side of the coin, the crowd will definitely want The Rock to win.

Prophecy:Unless they want to legit turn Cena heel and have a re-match @ SummerSlam.

Prophecy:Well here we are, 10 years after Hogan famously passed the torch to The Rock at Wrestlemania 18 - logically, the same thing should happen here with Rock passing the torch to Cena. However, with the on/off feud that's been brewing between these two for some time, I don't know that it ends here in Miami. Growing up in the Attitude Era and loving The Rock, my gut's telling me he's going to take this one in his hometown and possibly lose to Cena some time down the line in a re match (maybe Summerslam) if Cena does win - he turns heel. I just can't pick against The Rock in this one.

Prophecy:I have to go with Rocky. Watching him grow up and carrying along with Stone Cold the Attitude Era still is one of the main reasons I watch the sport...nostalgia aside though this is still a VERY tough pick. Cena is the face of the company, and this is very possibly the version of Rock vs Hogan from 10 years ago. But unlike that feud, I don't believe it will end here. Something tells me it will continue on (maybe towards Summerslam even?). Keep in mind, Rock did say he would be at WM 29 to perform....decisions, decisions. I'll stick with Rocky. Mania is in his hometown, and they will be totally in his corner. Look for this one to be historic.

Prophecy:Cena will win this.. Rock is never around and when he is its for entertainment purposes only.. Cena trains every single day in the ring while Rock is off doing movies.. like Cena said in his rap Rock is a G.I. Joke. Cena for the win here.

Prophecy:Rocky gains nothing from winning this match

Prophecy:As much as I want Rock to win this one, this is going to be a passing-of-the-torch match. Face it people: Out with the old, in with the new. Rock is the old and Cena is the new.

Prophecy:Superman Cena will win this. I may want the Rock to win but it makes no sense for him to win. He's here for this match and Cena will still be the top guy after. Cena will win this one most likely. Maybe it was an agreement in the Rock's return that he wins? Guess we'll see but I'll go with Cena.

Prophecy:He's the reason people will be buying it so he should deserve to win.

Prophecy:The toughest one of the night, I just can't see Cena being able to get a clean win over The rock in his hometown. Therefore the only other option would be for a Cena heel turn because as he said on Raw "He needs to win this match" However its hard to imagine this happening just now, but theres no way Wrestlemania can end with a Cena Rock handshake after a clean cena win . Im thinking Rock wins this and a slow build Cena heel turn begins over frustration with the loss.With Cena cheating to win the rematch at Summerslam.

Prophecy:The big one, and while the build has been a little repetitive I'm pretty sure we are all looking forward to this one. I'm expecting the exact same thing to happen as in every Cena match where he faces off against an 'unbeatable' opponent. He will get his ass beat and then pull out an AA to win in the middle of the ring. Has anyone noticed how Cena only seems to lose against unlikely opponents: The Miz, Edge (at the time) for the WWE title. I suppose you could say that is a good thing and that Cena (occasionally) lets people get over, unfortunately for the most part as a fan I just want to see the smug Cena lose and when he doesn't it makes me mad, but hey at least it makes me care. I expect to be hopping mad by the end of WrestleMania 28.
