Prophecies of therock

Prophecy:Hardy most definitely deserves an ECW title run, and I'm sure he'll get one down the track, but for now I'm sticking safe and going with the favourite. Henry has his protege (and newly formed stable with Colin Delaney) plus with the new look ECW title I'd say the odds are he will retain, but Hardy will certainly get a decent match out of him and come out strong.

Prophecy:Get ready for Smackdown to start kicking RAW's ass every week now The Deadman has returned. Edge has no chance in this one.

Prophecy:Why could this not have been HHH v Jeff Hardy? They should have learnt from last year that Khali cannot wrestle/draw crowds or any kind of entertainment value from his matches, particularly when he's involved with the title. HHH wins.

Prophecy:Batista should be the bad guy in this feud, with the perfect back story that he was unable to win the title from Punk. Anyhow, I think Cena takes this one, then eventually feuds with Jericho who will win the belt from CM with his new attitude. Having said that, I miss the old long haired, comedic good guy Y2J who ran down his opponents.

Prophecy:Kofi and Mickie (what happened with her and Cena again?) are just settling into their grove nicely as a tandem, so I don't see them losing yet, though an upset might well be on the cards. A unique idea for a match up, Mike Adamle is growing on me in his new role. I'll go for Kofi pinning Santino for the win.

Prophecy:This one is tough to pick. JBL has long slated his claim for the title, and I think he would be a breath of fresh to the heavyweight title situation on RAW. He's the perfect heel to carry the show forward, drawing the most heat every week. Punk hasn't done a whole lot since winning the title, and he certainly needs the clean win here if he's going to be a serious long term champion. I'm not a huge fan of Mr Punk, though for some reason I can see a title feud with Jericho on the horizon. Punk wins.

Prophecy:Agreed, that was a pretty awkward segment on Smackdown, when this feud began, so I can certainly see Hardy winning this. MVP has probably had the upper hand overall, and since Jeff just recently moved to Smackdown, he'll no doubt take this one. Jeff v Shelton for US title next.
