Prophecies of therock

Prophecy:Come on now, if it wasnt for Cena, Smackdown would be less watchable than it is now. Granted, JBL, Angle and afew others are worthy heels, but this would be an absolute credit to Cena's work over the past 3 years, to win the title at the grandest stage of them all. JBL will finally be dethroned, and PPV buyrates will go back up. Incidentally, both Angle and Cena were the sole reason why No Way Out was half decent. Look for OJ to beat Cena for the US title sometime soon, I doubt they'd let Cena hold 2 separate titles.

Prophecy:Cant wait for this one. This will be the start of a new era in the WWE...2 new heavyweight champs, brand new rivalries, and of course, no more RAW is HHH. Evolution will finally crumble, and HHH will be left on his own. I doubt we'll see HHH with the belt for some time, maybe at Summerslam, but I'm confident Batista's push has been well worth it and he should hold for at least 5 months. Anyhow, look at the trend of the past few years...every rumble winner has ended up winning the title at Mania. Think about this...wouldnt it be awesome someway down the line to see HHH (once he gets his title back due to backstage power) v Cena in a champ v champ match?

Prophecy:I'm going with a complete last minute change. Having watched RAW last week, and thinking hard about whats transpired since the 2 started feuding, I've decided to stick with HBK. Angle has probably had the advantage over HBK most of the way through, even though his interference in last week's RAW backfired. This will certainly go down as a wrestlemania classic, and I get the feeling that if Angle can hold out from injury, he's got the energy in him to last until Wrestlemania 22. So does Michaels. This match isnt necessarily going to be either man's last Mania, so based on that, either man could win. Toss of a coin predicition, I'll switch to HBK. The WWE needs more feuds of this kind of quality.

Prophecy:My calculation is as follows (assuming we have a new world champ in big dave): Shelton/Benoit rule out right away as we cant really have face v face, Kane would be in with a chance as a feud against Batista would be good, especially with Kane as heel, but unlikely. Y2J should be going for the Intercontinental title, he's well out of the main title frame for now, and has also lost his entertainment value recently. That leaves Edge, who is the only real heel on the roster worthy of a feud with Batista aside from The Game. He's been in the title mix for ages and could topple Batista somewhere down the line (maybe Summerslam?) Plus, even if he lost, he would have the stipulation of his side for a rematch.

Prophecy:Lita training Christy might mean something, and Trish has been giving Christy quite afew beatings lately. Based on experience, however, Trish should and will keep her belt. Christy will prove to be a handful though, she's probably not as sloppy as afew other divas are, like ones on Smackdown. She'll win the belt later on. As a heel, Trish plays her role perfectly...and this shouldnt be the worst match on the card.

Prophecy:I change my mind. I cant possibly see Taker losing the match now, especially after being RKOd on Smackdown, and after seeing Orton RKO Stacy Kiebler. Thats 2 last laughs to Orton. I know Taker had trouble putting away Heidenreich, and this feud has been consistantly of a higher standard, unpredictable to the end. Also, I think Taker should go through his career without losing a Wrestlemania. It wouldnt be right to have his last Wrestlemania result in a loss. After the draft, Orton should go to Smackdown and start a feud with Cena for the title, there's not alot of room for him on RAW anymore...his prospects on Smackdown would be greater.

Prophecy:I think we'll see victory going the way of the sumo champ here. It's a good match up, but I'm not sure how good the match will be. Big Show is popular enough, a loss in a match like this wouldnt do anything. I say Akebono gets the victory, being an actual WRESTLER.

Prophecy:My guess is that Eddie will turn heel sometime after this match, but the intriguing thing is...they are going into the match as tag team champs. Normally, and as was the case when the Guerreros split up, they had their match AFTER they lost their titles. I assume they will break up sometime after this. Eddie will win, based on the fact that he is yet to beat Rey, and will help him turn heel. Be interesting to see the crowd reaction to this match.
