Prophecies of The Tocc

Prophecy:unbeatable - adj. - 1. Impossible to defeat. 2. The Undertaker at WrestleMania. I just can't see Batista ending Taker's 14 win streak, so I guess he'll be dropping the title or at the very least losing by DQ. The only thing that makes me doubt this pick is the fact that they're advertising Smackdown shows with Batista defending his title *after* Mania. Could be a swerve though. Taker did take a powerbomb as the final blow before the event. It would be a crime if Taker doesn't retire with an undefeated Mania record marking his legacy.

Prophecy:Granted, Cena's not the greatest wrestler, but still I'm looking forward to a good match simply because HBK has never met a main event he couldn't carry. Despite Cena being WWE's go to guy right now, I've become more and more unsure about who will walk away with the title. Who is the freakin' heel here? The crowd seems to favor HBK, but Cena was the one who got stabbed in the back on the final Raw before the event. Because HBK got the upperhand there, Mania will likely go Cena's way. Plus, these are Raw guys, so don't forget about the inevitable rematch at Backlash. Will the title change hands there? Here? Both? Not at all? This match will also close the show, and the crowd will be in HBK's corner... Tough call! I'd say the odds are 60-40 Cena, so I'm sticking with him.

Prophecy:Edge won't win this again. His WrestleMania streak will end. Booker T already had his day in the sun recently. Finlay doesn't put asses in the seats. Jeff and Matt are there to make this match good, but they won't win. Orton is due for a title shot but he doesn't need a win here to get his opportunity. Plus he'll have enough to do as he slowly turns face to feud with Edge. Kennedy has been main eventing the weekly shows for a while now. He has a US title run under his belt. He was my pick up until the final week. Now I'm leaning towards that whiny little bitch, C.M. Punk. He's been getting a lot of attention on TV while Kennedy has taken a back seat in the past couple of weeks. Punk got his ass kicked on the final ECW before the event. He's ridiculously over with the fans for whatever reason. Sure, he hasn't won a lesser belt yet, but that's because there are none in ECW. For me, it's either Kennedy or Punk, and I'm leaning towards the pepsi drinker.

Prophecy:I can see this one coming a mile away. It's just too easy to call. Stone Cold turns a blind eye as Rey Mysterio interferes, costing Umaga the match. Stone cold then stuns McMahon and puts him in the chair. (Nobody ever gets their head shaved in the WWE when they're fully conscious.) Then McMahon wakes up to make all his McMahon faces as Trump and/or Stone Cold buzzes him. Plus, Lashley is ECW champion and losing to a Raw guy would confuse the title situation. And Lashley needs revenge for the beatdown he took on the last Raw. It's too bad though, because Trump would really benefit most from a new haircut. His hair is just awful. There's a small chance they'll both get their heads shaved by Stone Cold, but regardless Umaga is going down.

Prophecy:This could really go either way. Will they use this high profile match to build up the new talent or give the people what they want and let the ECW heroes triumph? If this were a feud-ending match I'd go with the Originals but this feud is very young and will probably last a long time. With the Originals getting the upper hand in the final ECW before the event, the New Breed will probably get the win here.

Prophecy:I'm changing my prediction here. I think some of the other Oracles are correct when they speculate that the title will not go to Smackdown, as there are basically no female contenders over there. I had overlooked that fact. Ashley will continue to win every stupid diva's contest and probably get hers after the bell, but it seems she doesn't have much of a chance to win the title here unless she's moving to Raw.

Prophecy:The Great Khali looks impressive, but that's where it ends. He should be called The Mediocre Khali at best. He is humongous though. I'll give him that. He makes Kane look small, and that's just ridiculous. That being said, I think Kane deserves a win here. I don't think Khali will get any kind of major push until he can at least distinguishably pronounce his own name.

Prophecy:As much as it will pain me to see it happen, I suspect Benoit will be putting MVP over here. There are usually title changes at Mania and I've only predicted one other.
