Edge vs. Mick Foley

Prophecy:Foley is good for 3 things: 1) insane highlight reel ring stunts, 2) corny and cheap gags outside the ring, and 3) giving a final push to heels on their way to the top. Hell in a Cell matches with HHH and Orton pushed both of them into permanent upper-card status. Now he'll try to do the same for Edge. Edge will bleed a lot before taking this one in an attempt to earn some much needed clout.

Prophecy:I hope Edge stomps to s*#! through Foley.

Prophecy:As much as I want to pick Foley, I see Edge winning this one. Foley will probably put Edge over as he did for Orton at Wrestlemania XX. The only thing that bugs me about this match is that they are continually bringing up this one fact....Foley never really has had that one defining Wrestlemania moment. Ugh....for now I will stick with Edge, but I am very tempted to switch to Foley.

Prophecy:I can see Foley winning here but, Edge needs this more. After losing to Cena I think WWE will give Edge the win here, and let him win back the title somewhere in late 2007. I'm guessing this is the fourth match of the night.

Prophecy:Edge is pretty pissed off. First he was the wwe champion which he lost and he still hasnt won it bak. I think he will let all his anger out on mick foley since he was the special referee who did the 3 count foe cena

Prophecy:Same reason for those who pick Edge.....nuff' said.

Prophecy:He has the slutty Lita by his side to help him win. Plus it will be paycheck for costing him the WWE title match.

Prophecy:This is going to be a brutal match. Edge needs to regain some momentum after losing twice to Cena, and Foley's job now is to put over young talent. Edge will solidify his status as a top competitor in this match, so I predict Edge and Foley will both beat the hell out of each other and bust each other open, then Lita will distract Foley long enough so Edge will land a spear for the win.

Prophecy:He has got to win at Wrestlemania at some time or another, why not now when its not for any titles. Maybe once I've seen enough evidence I'll change my prediction, but I'm leaning towards Foley here. Would't that be awesome if this match was like HHH and Foley at Royal Rumble 2000. But hopefully he turns into Cactus Jack here.

Prophecy:ill go with edge only because foley does one or two matches a year and then takes a leave of absence...and foley is good for making superstars on the rise go to the top by putting on great matches...foley could win and have one more match at backlash, but i dont think so...i think this match has the chance to be a show stealer and edge pulls through

Prophecy:Edge will win this match to boost his wrestling reputation like Orton's was at Backlash 04

Prophecy:Edge doesn't need it, and Foley hasn't had a big win in the WWE in over 6 years. If they don't want to shit on his legacy, give him a "big time" win like this to rejuvinate his career.

Prophecy:one of RAWs top heels vs a part timer who only comes back to put over anyone not named Carlito, not hard to figure out

Prophecy:Mick's gonna get Edge to the next level this will be a good match

Prophecy:I was shocked when Foley beat Carlito at Taboo Tuesday, he for sure will not be emerging victorious over the man who still has potential to become a main event superstar, and i'm not talking about that joke of a title run he had. I've taken bathroom breaks that lasted longer than his date with the belt.

Prophecy:Everytime they bring Foley back he gets hurt and loses. Edge is gona have some plan and Foley is gona lose again.

Prophecy:I'd love for Foley to win, but as I think he said in a recent interview, he will only wrestle in the big events mainly for the purpose of putting over rising stars. He did for HHH in 2000, then Orton in 2004, and now Edge. I hope Foley sticks around, he's one of those superstars that the WWE needs to avoid getting stale again (since Austin and Rock are still away for now) I also see Edge boasting about his win and then being added to a triple threat match at Backlash against HHH and Cena.
