Finlay vs. Chris Benoit

Prophecy:I just don't see Finlay ever making it out of midcard status. Benoit, on the other hand, has been and may once again be Heavyweight Champion.

Prophecy:Finlay has been a great midcarder and brawler to bring the new comers up and make the older crew look like they havent missed a step. should be a good match.

Prophecy:Benoit will beat Finlay here. I still don't understand what made Finaly come back to full time wrestling... wasn't this guy training the divas not too long ago??

Prophecy:Cant say finlay wins here,benoit hasnt been in the spotlight for a while,he needs a win no matter wat the crcumstance may be

Prophecy:The only way I can see Benoit losing this match is if Finlay's Lepreachaun finally debuts and interferes. I actually can see that happening, so this could go either way.

Prophecy:I don't know why, but I'm changing to Benoit.

Prophecy:Finlay won their last encounter.

Prophecy:I see Chris get the win to mhelp make up for the lost to Finlay when he cheated

Prophecy:Should be awesome.Their KOTR was the best I can remember one being.

Prophecy:FInlay and Benoit? Both very technical grapplers and brawlers - barring a run-in of either of these in the KotR finals, we should see a good 10-15 min match with Finlay pulling some shenanigans to get himself DQ'ed - after that, it's anybody's game

Prophecy:Finlay's just a stepping stone for Benoit's trip back to champion.

Prophecy:Ah Benoit, he has been lowered back to the midcard status again. Hopefully, this match will be a good one, since you have two dependable guys here. Benoit will probably get the win here in the obligatory crowd pleaser match.

Prophecy:As much as I want to say that Benoit is going to be giving this one up to build up heat for Finlay (being the new guy and all), I have to agree with Tocc and say that mid-card status will most likely be Finlay's best friend from now on. He doesn't have the look or the charisma to carry either singles championships on SmackDown!, so giving him a win here would most likely be wasted. The only shot the Finlay has of beating Benoit is if someone interferes on Finlay's behalf, but I don't see that happening any time soon. Benoit needs to get back into the U.S. or World Heavyweight title run at some point, and this might be it.

Prophecy:So the majority said so....

Prophecy:I think that Finlay will someday get some gold 'round his belt. Maybe with Booker or Something as Tag Champs, but for now, Benoit will put Finlay away will the crossface. This is one of those matches that pop outta nowhere, and looks really crappy, but is actully really good. Finlay is a really good wrestler, and is worthy as a main-eventer, and is like Orton, heel, yet alot of people could like him. Alas, Benoit is a world champ, now,then and forever.

Prophecy:Benoit needs to do something to propel him back out of the midcard. I could see either one of these 2 winning, but I'll go with the Crossface for now. It's also possible that Finlay will do something to get himself DQed. Both of these men could do well title shots right about now.

Prophecy:If given enough time, this will no doubt be the best match on the card. I guess Finaly beat Benoit in the KOTR deal, so Benoit should go over here.

Prophecy:Somehow change my pick....Benoit needs this win to get credits for himself after losing the US belt. The match can go the other way though as Finlay may use his stick to interfere.

Prophecy:I would like to see Chris Benoit win and hopefully get a push in the crowd to challenge for a rematch for the US title or even challenge for the world title. i would like to see him win it coz it was great to see him with the title. Benoit over Finlway with a counter crossface and finlay taps.

Prophecy:This is Finlay's first WWE ppv match and he will cheat to win!
