Cruiserweight Open

Prophecy:This match should make the WWE's stock go down. It shows how they waste perfectly good salaries on at least half of these guys. Why is Scotty 2 Hottie still employed? Helms retains I guess.

Prophecy:No idea, but he has been beating Helms lately, I'll just go with him as a surprise pick.

Prophecy:I love cruiserweight matches and this match looks like a lot of fun. But the way I see it only three of guys have a chance on walking out Cruiserweight Champion: Helms, Daivari or Yang. Though the WWE could go for a twist ending and give the belt to one of the others, Scotty has been getting a bit of attention from the WWE lately. But of my three I break it down like this: Helms has been Cruiserweight Champ for more then a year, I have a feeling he'll drop it finally here. Jimmy Wang Yang is very over as a face and probably my personal fave of the 8 here, but his disappeared for a whle so it's hard to see him winning the title here. Daivari is the only one that has been built to take the title in a while, so he steals the win.

Prophecy:Helms to win here, but will hopefully lose at Wrestlemania. Interesting to see Daivari on Smackdown, as well as half of the others who haven't been seen in months. Good to see the Cruiserweights getting some air time on PPV, but let's hope they keep this sort of stuff going on Smackdown.

Prophecy:Who else is there to take the title? Will probably beat Wang Yang to win - he's the only other legitimate contender. Don't rule out him losing it if the WWE fancies pushing him up into upper-midcard contendership though.

Prophecy:This one is tough. Part of me wants to say Daivari is going to take the title, but I think Helms will hold onto it a little longer, possibly losing it to Daivari down the road.

Prophecy:YAWN!, this Division Sux, where's Kenny when you need him.

Prophecy:mayeb it is a title change n chavo would be a good champion but helms rocks, plus aint scottie gone 2 raw n moore is on ECW

Prophecy:Like any other pay per view, this is the "go to the bathroom, get a snack, and then find out who won match"

Prophecy:This match has been hyped so little that I feel Greg will quietly retain. Going with Helms would be the easy way, but I'll take a little risky pick: Daivari.

Prophecy:The Hurricane is the longest reigning Cruiserweight champion ever and will continue to hold onto his gold throughout 2007. If he lost the belt in this match....WAZ UP WIT DAT???????? :)

Prophecy:these matches always burn me...i always go against helms because hes had it for an eternity but ill go with him since i never win going against him

Prophecy:He retains his title. No doubt! He will hold onto the title for a long time. They plan on him setting some sort of record, and it won't stop here. Expect high flying action, with a cheap roll up. I think Davairi may have a chance, but it is a slim chance, as he just changed shows. I doubt Gregory is donig anythnig at Mania, so a title change may actaully happen.

Prophecy:You'd have to be drunk or stupid to predict a win for most of these guys. How does Scotty 2 Hottie still have a job with this company? He's... Well, I'll just put it this way. He's not winning any title belt any time soon. By the way, has anyone else noticed how over-gimmicked the Cruiserweights are?

Prophecy:This belt is such a waste of time to have. If Gregory Helms ever drops this title, I hope he drops it to a woman, who can really kick his ass and take the title from him.

Prophecy:As much as it would rule for Funaki to carry it again, I think that all the buildup they put on Chavo over the past year would be pointless if he didn't win here.
