Prophecies of therock

Prophecy:I think Eddie?s era has well and truly run its course, and he?ll now be feuding with Angle for quite a while since their feud has been reunited since Wrestlemania. Have to see how things transpire on Smackdown between now and Summerslam, but for now I go with Bradshaw. JBL also cuts way better promos than most people on Smackdown and Taker appears...once every few weeks at best? Next feud, JBL v Cena. Also, consider the Heidenreich promos. Heidenrich v Taker next feud.

Prophecy:I read somewhere afew weeks ago that the Big Show might be making his return soon as a face and go after Angle, and what better time to do that than this match. It's hard to say when a wrestler is going to return after a long stint, but that's my guess for now, and he'll cost Angle the match.

Prophecy:This match will be one of the highlights of the year for sure, certainly one of the best Summerslam main events since Rock v Brock. Originally I had Benoit down to retain but now after considering Orton's long push over the past year or so, and a long reign as intercontinental champ, the time has come for him to get the real gold. A guy who goes past talents like HBK/Mick Foley deserves a push for the major title, and the crowd has also started to warm to Randy somewhat (he got cheered over Edge for the most part of his match at the last PPV). The crowd will be heavily on his side, much like they were 2 years ago with Brock over Rocky. Randy will win in a great tussle, then tension will rise between him and HHH. Also, I'd say they took the intercontinental belt off Randy so he could go for the heavyweight strap.

Prophecy:I think this feud will now be drawn out for the entire 9 months of Lita's "pregnancy", in which case it makes sense for Kane to win here to square up the rivalry. Since Hardy won the first bout, I always say the other man takes the second, which will occur here. Kane will win, and this feud will start to become interesting.

Prophecy:Eugene will probably retain his gimmick after this match, but I cant really see him winning it. He?s due for a first defeat and I see a no better time for him to lose against a big name like HHH. This feud may well continue, and hopefully keep HHH out of the title run for a while, since other contenders are coming through (Orton/Edge/Jericho). After watching RAW the past few weeks, I believe Regal will interfere and cause a DQ and therefore a win to The Game.

Prophecy:We saw the Edge/Jericho alliance briefly in the battle royal last week, so this match is a good setup. I dont believe Batista will play much of a part in the final analysis, he was put in to avoid a face v face confrontation. As I've read, Christian may come back, and an Edge heel turn has been evident lately, and it would reek of awesomeness to have E and C team up again. Edge will pin Jericho.

Prophecy:Since this is just the first of five falls, I would say Cena will take it and go down 3-2 in the final analysis. This should all be a build up to Cena going for the big title against JBL at perhaps No Mercy/Survivor Series.

Prophecy:Given the fact that the Dudleys have lost various singles matches to both Kidman/London, plus also 2 tag team matches against them (one of which handed over the titles) I'm going for the Dudleys to gain some revenge. Also, now that Spike has turned heel, he needs a push to become further established as a cruiserweight champion. He'll pin Mysterio.

Prophecy:I agree that this match probably wont be scripted, and whilst I prefer about half of the diva contestants (Michelle/Christy/Carmella) to divas like Jazz and Gail Kim, I still think the RAW Divas will come out winner simply based on their superior athletiscism and knowledge of wrestling. The contestants will still mount a good challenge. Christy you have my vote.
