Prophecies of therock

Prophecy:Now that HHH is back in it, I can see him coming up trumps and getting that shot against Orton at Wrestlemania. It makes more sense for HHH to win, particularly after the storyline of Vince stacking the odds against him by forcing The Game to fight his way back in. Several others like HBK, Batista, Undertaker, Kane or even Kennedy/Shelton have a chance to make things interesting, but I think HHH is the safest pick right now.

Prophecy:Jeff's push has produced some amazing results so far, the crowds are really getting behind, this could really have the potential to be a 2008 Austin v Rock type feud. Having Hardy putting the IC title on the line here as an additional stip makes sense. My heart says go with Jeff, my head says Orton wins both titles, with Hardy finally winning the title at Wrestlemania. However, the WWE surely know they've got something special going here with Jeff...so having said that, I'm tipping a boilover and going with Hardy. HHH (Rumble winner) v Hardy v Orton at Mania. Win or lose, Orton stays in the main event scene anyway. If there was ever a time when the title could change hands at the Rumble, it's this time with Hardy.

Prophecy:Even though this whole Vicki-Edge situation isn't widely approved, it's making Smackdown more interesting. Edge will retain here, I don't see Mysterio holding the title again for a long while yet, but it's nice to see him getting another shot. Taker v Edge being set up for Mania.

Prophecy:Like others, I say Flair wins here then continues on to Wrestlemania where his last match takes place, it would be nice if Flair got one more brief title run (then it would be title v career) but we'll see what happens.

Prophecy:This feud is taking off really well, especially after the events of last week on RAW. Even though this is JBL's first match back, I'm leaning towards Jericho taking this one, I may change my pick later on. Good start for WWE in 2008.
