Prophecies of therock

Prophecy:Cena has to get revenge on Batista in more ways than one, as we remember back to Summerslam 2008 when Batista put Cena on the shelf for 4 months. Since the Elimination Chamber, it's been all Batista so far in this feud and so The Animal will, thankfully, surely only been a transitional champion. Cena wins and becomes champ.

Prophecy:What a shame that Jericho will only be a transitional champion here (much like Batista - interesting pattern there) I'm not entirely sure that 2 babyface challengers will both triumph, and it seems that so far at Wrestlemania, most babyfaces are going in as favourites. Anyway, I'll still take Edge for the win. Interesting to see how he goes as a face champion.

Prophecy:They've done a great job at giving this match a huge time feel and making it a legitimate threat to Undertaker's Wrestlemania winning streak. Nobody wants to see HBK retire, but somehow, as is often the case with wrestling (take Ric Flair on TNA as an example) no wrestlers tends to stay retired for long. Taker will win, HBK will take an extended rest and come back later in the year.

Prophecy:Christian had a top run on ECW as champion and I think unlike last year when he should've won, he'll get the cash this year. It seems like it's still too early to call, with more participants to be added yet, but I'm still going to take Christian no matter what, he's surely the one who deserves it most. Interesting development with Drew McIntyre being added to the mix, I don't understand why they don't just have him defend his IC title in a separate match. I don't agree that he should win this match, his character is fine but like Sheamus he's being overpushed. I stick by my original prediction with Christian in hope.

Prophecy:Probably one of the easiest picks at Wrestlemania ever. After all the history and controversy surrounding Hart and McMahon, plus given that Hart has copped quite a lot since he returned to the WWE, it only makes sense that he finally gets his revenge on Vince here. Vince taps out to the sharpshooter in the middle of the ring as Hart goes out in style.

Prophecy:I sense an upset here. Even though it seems unlikely Triple H would lose at Wrestlemania, he seems to be taking a different path this year by steering clear of from the main event scene. I think there was a purpose behind this match, and that was for Sheamus to be put over on the big stage. I would prefer to see Triple H win, but my head is telling me Sheamus will win.

Prophecy:I think it's been obvious for a while that out of the Legacy group, Ted DiBiase Jnr is the one far more likely to succeed than Cody. While it makes sense that Orton should win this match, I think Ted will somehow steal the pin. If they're going with Randy as a face, they need to have him go down here so it adds more fuel to the fire in his inevitable future feud with Ted.

Prophecy:I was going to take Mysterio up until the point where the "Mysterio joins the SES if he loses" stip was added. I'm going to take the upset here and say Mysterio loses. It would make for interesting viewing in the next few months, Mysterio being the reluctant face member of a heel group - similar to HBK joining forces with JBL last year. Punk eventually gets his revenge in afew months' time by turning on his group and regaining his freedom.

Prophecy:I may be in the minority here but I like this match up, all 4 superstars are entertaining and Big Show and Miz seem to match up quite well as a team. Miz has the charisma and entertainment value, while Show has the strength. I can see why some people think Morrison should be in a higher calibre match, and I still believe he should've been in the MITB instead of Dolph Ziggler, but he and R Truth are quite capable of putting in a good match. I think Show Miz will retain.

Prophecy:With Beth's monster push, I say she gets the pin to give the Good Divas the win.
