Prophecies of therock

Prophecy:Finally, the King of Kings will be back on his throne. I see Cena getting booed mercilessly again, similar to NYR. HHH has been getting pops more and more especially this year. They were insane enough to have Edge lose the title at the RR, surely they won't keep the belt on Cena again after Mania. He'll take a back seat to the real champion.

Prophecy:As we all know, it's traditional that the Rumble winner ends up going onto Mania to win the title. Both a heel Orton title reign and a Mysterio would be something fresh to Smackdown, but since Orton just got the win at No Way Out, I see Rey dedicating another match to Eddie and pointing to the sky after he wins...maybe with both Rey and Eddie's families coming out to congratulate him at the end. A nice way to cap off the winning for Eddie storyline.

Prophecy:This is RVD's golden opportunity to shine, and I think his time has finally come. I think other contestants to be added will be Masters, Kane and possibly Big Show, who may turn on each other in the match. Either way, I think RVD is most deserving of the win, thus elevating him to main event status. However, I also believe it's likely he will be Shelton's next challenger in the meantime for the IC title.

Prophecy:I'd love for Foley to win, but as I think he said in a recent interview, he will only wrestle in the big events mainly for the purpose of putting over rising stars. He did for HHH in 2000, then Orton in 2004, and now Edge. I hope Foley sticks around, he's one of those superstars that the WWE needs to avoid getting stale again (since Austin and Rock are still away for now) I also see Edge boasting about his win and then being added to a triple threat match at Backlash against HHH and Cena.

Prophecy:This could really go either way, and I'm sure more stips will be added to the match (I see Shane O Mac as the guest referee, and interference from Jannety) Since HBK is rumoured to be taking time off wrestling after the match, I think he'll register a win here. McMahon winning would still make sense though, especially if the RAW GM position is going to Shane, which I hope it does. I hope to see another McMahon alliance era on RAW.

Prophecy:This really could go either way. For now I'll go Benoit and see what the coming weeks bring. Benoit I'd say makes the better US champ, he brings prestige to the title and I hope he retains. Possibly a future feud: Benoit v Finlay.

Prophecy:We already saw these 2 teams have a match on RAW afew weeks ago. I see Masters once more attempting to apply the Masterlock to the Big Show, only for him to power out and hit the chokeslam for the win. There have been too many signs of friction between Masters and Carlito, I say they'll turn on each other during the match. Show and Kane won't lose till 3 Minute Warning come back.

Prophecy:By far the easiest match on the card. Good choice to have a casket match, although if it were to be a buried alive match, perhaps then Mark Henry wouldn't be seen on Smackdown anymore. Either way, nobody is going to end Taker's Wrestlemania streak.

Prophecy:The Boogeyman is getting old quickly. This match will probably be first on the card, in which case Boogey will get the quick win. Poor Booker, 3 years ago he was fighting for the World Title against HHH and now he's fodder for the Boogeyman. By rights Booker should win, but he won't.

Prophecy:One of the most entertaining rivalries in the WWE women's division of the past few years, it's actually got me intrigued. I say Mickie wins, now that her and Trish are officially enemies I don't see Trish retaining again against Mickie.

Prophecy:Torrie has been on the receiving on afew beatdowns these last few weeks, which makes me give her the slight nod here. Women's matches are notorious for going either way, but no matter which way it goes it doesn't really matter who wins.
